通称「なんじゃもんじゃハウス」ことバウハウス三ツ沢は、大きな木とツリーハウスを囲んで暮らすシェアハウスです。
ツリーハウスは「なんじゃもんじゃカフェ」として入居者の方の利用はもちろん、一般の方へもカフェとして開放される予定です。
現在建設中です。

Bauhaus Mitsusawa is called “Nanja Monja House” which is a share house beside a big tree and a tree house.
This tree house has “Nanja Monja Cafe” which is open to the public not only residents.

Title: The Troubadour
Inspiration: The troubadour is about freedom. To settle in a city, you have to deal with many changes (culture, people) and that might have changed who you were. To me, one should keep the troubadour’s spirit no matter he doesn’t travel anymore.

インスピレーション：トルバドゥールはつまりは自由についてなのです。新しい街に移り住むとき、人は多くの変化（文化や人間関係など）に適応することにな ります。それはあなたがかつてどんな人であったかにかかわらず。私にとって、トルバドゥールの精神は、どこかに定住することになろうとも忘れたくない自由 の精神なのです。

Art to Eat
For new year celebration, I created a set of chocolate with characters.
Each character have different taste.
This time was quite experimental. I found many things to be improved for the next time.

I made original model with Super Sculpey and prepared 8 sets of silicone mold.
This set of chocolate was sold at the event “Ploy Saeng 5″.
